Make Half your Grains Wholegrain

How much?

The Grains & Legumes Nutrition Council recommends you enjoy grains 3-4 times a day and make at least half of the grain foods you eat “wholegrain”.

 

The target to aim for is 48g of wholegrains each day for adults and children nine years and older. The daily target for children 4-8 years is 32-40g of wholegrains and 24g of wholegrains for children 1-3 years.
