Tiny Teddy Marshmallow Trifle

Serves: 6

Ingredients

2 x 85g packets raspberry jelly crystals
18 pink or white marshmallows
1 x 250g packet Tiny Teddy - Chocolate biscuits

 

Method

  • Prepare jelly as directed on packet. Place into refrigerator and chill for 3 hours or until lightly set and still wobbly.
  • Cut marshmallows into quarters with kitchen scissors.
  • Using six 250ml capacity glasses, pour 1/3 cup of jelly into the bottom of each cup, top with 8 Tiny Teddy biscuits, 6 marshmallows quarters, and again with another 8 Tiny Teddy biscuits. Top with another 1/3 cup jelly, then top with remaining marshmallows and Tiny Teddy biscuits.  Place into refrigerator until ready to serve. 

Tip: Although we have made this using the Chocolate Tiny Teddies - it is great with all the other Tiny Teddy variants: Honey, Choc Chip and Half Coated in Milk Chocolate.
