Sao Tuna Melts

Ingredients

1 x 200g can tuna in oil, drained
¼ cup whole egg mayonnaise
½ stick celery, finely diced
1 green onion, finely sliced
8 Arnott’s Sao biscuits
2/3 cup grated cheddar cheese

 

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery and spring onions until evenly mixed.
  • Add 1 heaped tablespoon mixture on top of each Sao then place onto a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper or aluminium foil.Sprinkle with cheese and bake in oven for 5 – 8 minutes until cheese has melted. Serve.
