Teddy Bear Ice-Cream Sandwich

Ingredients

1 packet Arnott’s Teddy Bear biscuits
12 tsp hazelnut spread or melted chocolate
12 scoops of your favourite ice-cream or frozen yoghurt, slightly softened

Method

  • Take 1 biscuit and spread the top of it with a thin layer of either hazelnut spread or chocolate. Mould a scoop of ice-cream on top of this. Spread the under side of another biscuit with hazelnut spread or chocolate and sandwich it on top of the ice-cream. Press down lightly. Repeat with the remaining biscuits.
  • Place the sandwiches into the freezer for 5 -10 minutes to refreeze before eating

For a simple twist:

  • Chocolate chip, honeycomb crunch or chocolate fudge ice creams are great flavours to use in this recipe.
