Ingredients
1 packet Arnott's Butternut Cookies
375ml jar Apple Sauce
300ml Whipping Cream, whipped
1/4 tsp ground Nutmeg
Method
Join Butternut Cookie's together with the Apple sauce, using about 1 - 2 tsp of sauce between each cookie. Make into a log shape using all of the cookies.
Spread Apple Sauce over the log and leave to chill overnight.
When cookies are soft, cover the log with whipped cream and lightly sprinkle nutmeg over the top.
Serve by cutting the log at a slight angle.
