Sweet and Salty Jatz featuring Tim Tam

Ingredients

  • 3 Arnott’s Tim Tam White biscuits
  • 3 Arnott’s Tim Tam Chewy Caramel biscuits
  • 3 Arnott’s Tim Tam Original biscuits
  • 100g Dark Choc Melts
  • 100g White Choc Melts
  • 225g packet Arnott’s Jatz Original
  • 2 tblsps shredded coconut
  • 2 tblsps hundreds and thousands
  • 2 tblsps crushed peanuts

Method

  1. Line 2 large trays with baking paper.
  2. Place White Tim Tam biscuits in a small bowl of a food processor. Process until fine crumbs form. Transfer to a bowl. Repeat with  Tim Tam Chewy Caramel biscuits and  Tim Tam Original biscuits. Transfer to separate bowls.
  3. Place dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for about 1-2 minutes, stirring every 20 seconds, or until melted. Repeat with white chocolate.
  4. Place coconut, hundreds and thousands and peanuts in separate bowls.
  5. Dip a quarter of one Jatz biscuit into melted dark chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, then dip into white Tim Tam crumbs. Place on prepared tray.
  6. Repeat dipping biscuits alternately into dark and white chocolate, then alternately into remaining Tim Tam crumbs, coconut, hundred and thousands and peanuts. Stand on tray until set.
